My laptop recently stopped connecting to the Ethernet, even though the cable is plugged in and working (I know it's working because my Xbox One is on the same network and it's working just fine.) It only shows that the computer isn't connected to the internet, and troubleshooting the problem doesn't help at all. The wifi still works completely fine. Is there any easy way to fix this or could it be a hardware malfunction? Thank you!
