Hi

I had purchased Windows 8 Pro as part of Upgrade offer back in 2012.

My current desktop PC is showing signs of imminent failure. So I plan to assemble my own PC and while discarding the old one.

My question is whether I can transfer the current license to the new Desktop.

What is the procedure of transferring the Windows 8 Pro and Microsoft Office License to the new PC?
