Old Webshots photo's are fuzzy for screensaver/wallpaper

Hi, I have new W7, SP1, 64bit, with new monitor also. I have used the Webshots conversion tool to convert all my old WS photo's to jpeg and they work just fine for my wallpaper/screensaver.

 

 

HOWEVER.....They are all fuzzy. I have no clue what to do to make them clear like they were before. If I use their current photo's they are perfect.
