Can't rearrange the icons in my taskbar?

Honestly, I think it's something much more sinister.

 

I went on a site to download something a while ago. It was called Torrent (you may know of it.) What I didn't know was that the site was OVERRUN with malware, viruses, and PUP's.

 

Ever since then, I've been having your problem. I've scanned with Microsoft Security Essentials and Malware-Bytes, (and detected malware I didn't know was there) but it is still happening.

 

Other than that, I don't know.
