virus that turns on computer after you shut it down

I am having an issue that

 

after i off computer or put to sleep mode, it automatically turns on and comes on to the homepage without any password entered

 

When its in sleep mode, it automatically turns on and plays song.

 

 

I wonder what kind of virus is this?

 

i have updated my windows and i have scanned the computer as well and it only happens every now and then.

 

I am using windows 8.
