I can`t do "Trust this PC"

I used Windows 8.1 . And I got some problems, so I decided to uninstall the Windows and got to Windows 8.

Unfortunately, I couldn`t do "Trust this PC" on Action Center like what I have done on Windows 8.1

Even I have clicked "Trust this PC" for many times, it didn`t happen anything. I thought it was a bug or something. I don`t know.

But I can log in to my PC with my Windows Account.

And I have tried to log in to Live account, but I didn`t find about trusted device.

What should I do to do "Trust this PC" ?
