Posted May 9, 201410 yr hey i am facing this problem with my parent's account. my mother changed the settings so that my child cannot download any app but recently she wanted to change it but unfortunately she forgot her password and recovery isnt of any help. the information we provide is insufficient. and hence i am barred from downloading anything. its almost been a week. now i want to remove the old parental account whose password she doesnt remember anymore and add a new one. i need your assistance.
