Remote Desktop can't find the computer that I was just connected to...

I was connected via Remote Desktop to a computer and everything was working. Person on the other end decided to turn off the computer and not I cannot reconnect. I went (physically walked) to the computer in question and restarted it logged in as the Admin, but I still get a message that "Remote Desktop can't find the computer because it may not be part of the Network anymore.

 

 

What now?
