Help me to recall Linux distro name

Hi everyone,

some time ago I discovered interesting Linux distro. I can't remember it's name, I remember only it's features.

 

It is a distro for managing a sensitive data. It is completely offline, networking is disabled by default. It has true crypt built in and it is a live CD (not 100% sure last part). I failed to google it... Maybe someone know it's name ?
