Cannot personalise lock screen - locked by "group policy" - but I'm the administrator?

Hi,

 

 

I cannot change the lock screen on my computer. It runs Windows 8 and whenever I try to change it it won't let me click anything and says that some settings have been disabled by group policy.

 

 

However, there are no other users on this computer, and the account I use is the administrator. It only started displaying this about two months after I first got the computer. I'd like to change my lock screen because my current custom background is white and it makes it difficult for me to see the time and notifications.

 

 

What should I do?
