Guest PSterb Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 I am currently running norton anti virus and the paid version of malbytes. I have been told by a tech on another microsoft forum that they might be causing problems and he suggested instead using free Windows Defender for anti virus as well as malware. Does this seem correct? Does anyone have experience getting refunds from subscriptions I wish to cancel (norton and malbytes)......is it possible or am I out the money? Thanks.
