Error code:0x0000225

I have a Windows 8.1 lenovo z580 laptop.While I was reinstalling my OS, I had a problem and I was not able to continue the installation.After this whenever I am trying to boot I am getting the error

Your PC needs to be repaired.

because of error in

File: \Windows\system32\winload.efi

Error code:0x0000225

it is asking me to use the recovery tools or media.

i can see two messages below that

Press enter to try again

Press F8 for Startup Settings

I created a recovery USB and tried to boot..but nothing was coming, nothing happens when enter is pressed or F8 is pressed.

I tried to boot from DVD,but that was also not working.

I think my laptop is not booting either from USB or from DVD.

At the time of booting,it is showing F2 to enter setup anf F12 to enter MultiBoot menu.

But both the options are not working.

How to solve this problem???
