Open TWO windows explorers. One of them has a bunch of EXE's in it (lets say the one on the right)

Drag a file from the left on to the right one, because I want to move the file there.

IT HIGHLIGHTS ANY EXE I HOVER OVER, THEN TRIES TO TO OPEN IT WITH THE FILE I DRAGGED. I CAN'T SIMPLY MOVE IT.

Try it with 'Right Click' The only option you get is 'Open With'.

All I want to do is move a file over. An EXE file into a folder with a bunch of other EXE's which are common.

Why is the most BASIC, FUNDAMENTAL operation of simply MOVING A FILE, suddenly not able to be accomplished because of this new 'feature'??

Which, by the way, worked well for DECADES in EVERY PREVIOUS version??
