infected with 'worm:win32/Autorun!inf"

My computer after scanning with MS essentials is infected with 'worm:win32/Autorun!inf". When selected to remove the above virus a dialog box opening and saying .."the RPC server is unavailable". My system is beyond 400 GB.

Now suggest me how to remove the malaware from my computer system. It seems that it has entered the boot sector of window.

Kindly revert back to me with your advice.
