Posted April 29, 201410 yr I bought a Dell Laptop 3 weeks ago with Windows 8 and when I tried to upgrade to Windows 8.1 from the Store tile, a message came that reads as follows: "You need to use an account with Administrative privileges to install Windows 8.1, try logging in with the user account of an administrator of this PC and trying the update again". I am the only user and tried to call the 800 number but it seems they are looking at something else. I am really disappointed in Microsoft Customer Services Support. Continue reading...
