Posted April 27, 201410 yr We have a Surface 2 at work that is connected to our Wifi network and allows us to log in using network accounts. But every time I try to sign in with my live account, I get the same error message: "you must be online the first time to complete your account setup" - I know my account is working, I just used it to log in here and it hasn't given me any trouble on my Windows 8 phone. This is definitely an annoying issue to begin with and the incomplete, unhelpful responses haven't been making it any better. Continue reading...
