When installing OBIEE 11g it stuck at 47% and never finished.

Guys, I have Win8 and I am trying to install OBIEE11g but it is not happening? any suggestions?

did any one tried to install 11g on windows 8.

I have installed

1. Oracle DB

2. Loopback adopter

3. RCU

but when installing OBIEE 11g it stuck at 47% and never finished
