BSOD 0x0000003b SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION caused by driver win32k.sys

Hi,

 

 

I used win 7 earlier it had lots of BSODs so I downgraded to Win XP about 6 months back since it couldn't join homegroup of another win 7 PC at my home so I decided to to again installed Windows 7 after updating my BIOS. However Im getting BSODs again though less frequent than it would have been without updating bios ( I used to get BSODs while installing win 7 before updation ).

I do not use any IEEE 1394 device.

 

 

 

My Pc Details:

 

1. 'AMD E350' APU + 'AMD HD 6310' Integrated GPU

 

2. 4 gb RAM

 

3. Windows 7 Ultimate x64

 

4. MTS MBlaze ultra Modem

 

 

Kindly help I cant keep on using Windows XP!!!

 

Kindly let me know if anything else is required to help me with this.
