how do I get rid of a bsod

Unexpectedly my computer got a bsod ( stop : 0x000000ed, 0x8afa3co8, 0xc0000006, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,) and nothing will work. So it loads past the splashback screen then flashes blue then restarts. The only way I can see the error message is when I go on disable automatic restart. I have tried all options like safemode and system restore but same conclusion. I loaded the fail safe and optimimised default no luck, pc recovery doesnt work. I cant boot from the cd because the drive was specially hand crafted although I have the product key. The maker of the pc has moved away. Anything I can download to make it start like a bootable usb. I am running windows xp I think it's sp2 home edition. I did not install anything or did anything
