Font Foundry does not appear for our signed font in Windows 7 or Windows 8 control panels

I have digitally signed a font IDAutomationC128XS.otf using the following process and described at the Microsoft Typography site:

set Product=IDAutomation.com Code 128 Font

set File=IDAutomationC128XS.otf

set TimeURL=http://timestamp.verisign.com/scripts/timstamp.dll

signcode -spc c:\GACKeys\code_signing.spc -v c:\GACKeys\code_signing.pvk -n "%Product%" -i www.idautomation.com -t "%TimeURL%" -j mssipotf.dll "%File%"

After signing, the font states it is "digitally signed" in the font preview of control panel.

However, the Font Foundry does not appear in the control panel view.

Our font foundry is IDAU or bizf and these are on record at:

http://www.microsoft.com/typography/links/vendor.aspx?VID=bizf

and

http://www.microsoft.com/typography/links/vendor.aspx?VID=IDAU

These are implemented within the font properly.

Why is the Font Foundry not appearing?
