TRACK AND REMOVE ALL INFECTED FILES CREATED BY Start.qone8.com

Hi guys,

Sorry, I have more than one question, is it allowed? I got this procedure of some computer expert, but I am not sure about what will happen if I try to follow these procedures to track and remove files created by Start.qone8.com.

Q 1: What will happen if I follow the procedure below?

Step 1: Go to "Task Manager"

Q 2: How and where does one track the files below?

Step 2: Track and remove all infected files created by Start.qone8.com.

%temp%\random.exe

%AllUsersProfile%\ApplicationData\random

%AllUsersProfile%\ApplicationData\dll HKEY_CURRENT_USER_Software\Windows\Currentversion\Random ."exe

Step 3: Use the "windows key" and R together. Type in; "regedit", and click OK

Step 4: Delete - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active setup\InstalledComponents\Random

C:\WINDOWS\assembly\KYH_64\Desptop.ini

I followed the steps exactly, and found only a few files in Registry Editor Sceen on my computer, and all of them begins with - HKEY. I would not know what this means, becaus all this jargon is Greek to me. I did'nt deleteany of them because I cannot tell the outcome/effect it would have on my computer's life, so I am giving up, unless there is light at the end of a very dark tunnel for me out there.....please!
