Posted April 22, 201410 yr When trying to upgrade my Win XP desktop to Win 7 via downloaded Win 7 upgrade for Win Vista laptop, I receive a dialogue box that Win 7 cannot complete download due to missing file and/or folder. It does not state which file/folder is missing -- only directs me to be sure that the file/folder is not marked as "read-only". Is this due to differences in desktop systems vs. laptop systems?
