Sculpt Comfort Mouse not detected in Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center

Hi,

I bought a Microsoft Sculpt Comfort bundle last week (Keyboard + Mouse: Connection by USB, NOT bluetooth)

My keyboard and mouse works fine and I have no problem using it.

However; I wanted to configure my mouse in Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center (Ver 2.0.162.0), but after installation of the program, microsoft mouse and keyboard center could not detect my device.

I tried everything that was suggested by the troubleshooting suggestion, ex plugging into another USB port, didnt use a USB hub, restarted my computer, but nothing seems to work.

I checked on the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center compatible device list and saw that the Sculpt comfort mouse is supported by the program.

I'm currently running Windows 7

Has anyone experienced similar issues?
