Posted April 22, 201410 yr I know I can go to services but it doesn't appear there... I can't start Windows Defender to clean the virus neither search for the Defender in services to turning it back on, I'd really appreciate help asap EDIT: I found the virus somehow (VNC Address Book) but can't delete it because it is opened in "wservice.exe".... so any ideas? EDIT2: I successfully deleted the file but the problem is still here, I can't get Defender ON. ADDITIONAL INFO: This virus says that Windows Defender (MSASCui.exe) can't be located when I try to open it, doesn't let me open Norton Utilities and deleted almost all of my shortcuts in the Start. <moved> Continue reading...
