Posted April 22, 201410 yr Is there a way to query the system for the total number of resources scanned on a previous run of Defender (mpcmdrun.exe)? Per "GreginMich" back on 20130405, he didn't think that "the number of items scanned is retained anywhere." Is that true? I see some hex values in ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Support\MPRegistry.txt, but they don't appear to translate to the decimal "resources scanned" value I see upon completion of a GUI Defender execution.
