My windows isnt genuine anymore? Please help.

So yesterday my windows stopped being genuine after about 2-3 years. I believe i have the normal version.

Two additional things to note:

Yesterday I dealt with some virus popup, where i deleted some system files as followed in this guide:

Would system restore work then?
