Posted April 20, 201410 yr So, I've been trying to install .Net Framework 4 because I'm trying to download a software that requires it. Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x00000424), "The specified service does not exist as an installed service. " (Elapsed time: 0 00:00:59). After I click "finish", this happens: It usually doesn't find a solution: I need a solution ASAP, because a lot of softwares require .NET Framework 4.
