.NET Framework 4 not installing! Windows 7, 64-bit - please help, URGENT!

So, I've been trying to install .Net Framework 4 because I'm trying to download a software that requires it. Everytime I install it, this:

I need a solution ASAP, because a lot of softwares require .NET Framework 4. This is really frustrating, because I genuinely need these softwares.

I have already removed all previous versions of .NET Framework from my laptop.
