Original title: Cannot remove USB disk because it is in use

Hello. Unknown program is using USB disk when

I try safely remove it. Windows 8 tells me the disk is

in use and asks me to close the program but

nobody tells me the name of the program/process.

I did read discussions here about Windows Defender.

There I have unchecked "check USB disks" and

have black listed all drives from "E:\" to "N:\".

No help.

I don't want disable Defender.

I want plug USB disks in and plug out as soon as

I have copied files. But now I don't want plug in any

USB disks because I know I cannot unplug them.

Specially not when I'm hurry to go somewhere.

Powering the computer off won't happen for reasons.

I would like to know what is accessing my USB disk

and how to disable it.
