Posted April 18, 201410 yr subsequent to installing the last updates to Win XP, my desktop Dell computer no longer recognizes my ps2 ports, so that my ps2 mouse and ps2 keyboards no longer work. My temporary work around is to use usb keyboard and mouse, but I prefer to have my few usp ports available for other things. How do I restore my PS2 ports functionality? The keyboard and mouse do work correctly if I use converter ps2-usp adapters. Also unable to get System Restore to work to a previous date. Continue reading...
