I installed a new hard drive on my Dell Inspiron N7110 laptop because the system said it was in danger of failing. I had created a repair disc and attempted to use it to reboot so I could reimage the new hard drive from the system image I have saved. I got an error saying:

 

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the problem. It gives instructions saying to insert the windows installation disc (which I never received with the pc) and these three lines show up:

 

 

File: \windows\system32\boot\winload.exe

 

Status: 0xc0000001

 

Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is missing or corrupt.

 

 

Anything I can do?
