my PC is acting strange plus IE 11 is not working will there is a threat on my pc but i cant...

recently about 3-4 weeks my PC Windows 8.1 with the new update is acting strange this thing was before the update to windows 8.1.

when I was installing McAfee security center during the installation a threat was detected and McAfee just stopped working and crashed then I tried scanning with windows defender when the threat was found windows defender stopped working just like McAfee, Now my PC is super slow and acting strange. when I type in Bing.com into my Browser IE11 it sends me to a random website which is something I don't really like. Please update your windows defender's definitions every time I scan my pc the anti-virus just stops working and crashes plus when I try saving files to my USB instead of my files that I try to copy something random copies to my USB, the folders in my just turns into a windows XP's folders named as "GAMES,SYSTEM 32 and some bad named folders." please help me out! one more thing please make Microsoft Security Essentials compatible with windows 8.1 because Windows Defender is not that reliable.
