Malware? Virus? Help the rookie!

This keeps showing up in my junk mail box...how do I get rid of it? It has a never ending message to it and I don't like it. I've run a scan with Microsoft Security Essentials and everything seems to check out ok. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
