Posted April 17, 201410 yr I have just reinstalled windows XP on a new computer but when I try to register it for some reason can't do it via internet as I am having trouble with Internet Explorer so tried to do it via phone. No way can I key in the first key and keep geting told I am using an invalid number which includes letters using a phone. so wait to talk to someone but each time I lose the connection and am fast approaching the expiry date to register. Surely ther must be a way that works. I seem to remember earlier installs where I kept losing the phone connection Surely Microsoft can put together a system where it is easy to register software.
