Posted April 14, 201410 yr I'm trying to print from my Dell XP PC to HP Photosmart 5100. It tells my my document failed to print. I've already gone through the troubleshooter - no success. Everything is configured properly; printer is Ready and set to printer port 1. This problem comes out of the blue, printing has been fine and I haven't made any software changes ... Help!
