My Product Key Will Not Work

Hi,

I know XP has lost support but I found lying in my cds and junk a brand new unopened still sealed windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 1a.

I thought im gonna use this on my used computer for my son to use.

so I installed it but when I activate it it says product key unauthorized when the product key is real.

Can someone like give me a new key or like fix it
