Can't remove homeland security Malware -nightmare!

Bogus homeland Security malware completely locked me out of all control of my windows 8 computer. I've tried every solution on the net (windows idea of support was to run their security programs --- I CAN'T CONTROL THE COMPUTER - can't run anything). I haven't had success with any of the options I could find. It seems I am running into a unique problem with restoring the computer to a previous point. Message says system restore failed while copying the registry from the restore point - there are only three restore point options and I've tried all 3 - they were all before the malware got to me. I'm getting a system restore failure error (0x80070570). Somebody please help me. I have no computer at all -- and no new one in sight until I pick up a 2nd job over summer!! Please!!
