Posted April 14, 201410 yr okay so i have a pretty standard laptop, a Toshiba. I only ever use it for tumblr/ YouTube/ writing essays/ occasionally sims. i haven't done anything different, but when i turned my computer on, and went to log onto my account, which is the administrator account, it kept giving me the "user profile service failed the log on" I can't access anything on my account, and since it's the admin, i can't do try any of the solutions I've come across, because a lot of them require access to the administrator account! i have 2 other standard user account, so that's what i'm using to get on now. whenever i try to do anything that requires the admin password, i put it in ( correctly!) and nothing happens, like even that is locked up! i really need to fix this, i have a lot of important stuff on the admin account, not to mention i need access for installing/ uninstalling anything! if anyone knows how to fix this, and can explain it in a way someone who doesn't know a lot about computers could understand, that would be great.
