Posted April 11, 201410 yr Why would I get 2 different processing speeds showing on my computer? If I go to the Properties on My Computer, it shows 1.79GHz, but if I go to the System info in the Control Panel, it shows 777MHz. The reason this is important is because we are considering upgrading our XP computers to Windows 7, but min. requirement is 1 GHz. If I only have 777 MHz, then, presumably, Windows 7 won't run.
