Posted September 28, 201113 yr Hi, Has anyone encountered any issues whereby the windows 2008 firewall is enabled for no apparent reason by itself? I did a windows update last night and this morning all my windows 2008 R2 servers had their windows 2008 firewall ON. GPO does not have a policy that enables Windows Firewall at all cost.
