What kind of cmd to display connection speed?

On the bottom right hand corner, there is a network icon, which shows the connection speed, which is 100 Mbps,

• （100baseTX full Duplex）
  
• （100baseTX half Duplex）
  
• （10baseT full Duplex）
  
• （10baseT half Duplex）
  

I would like to know on what kind of cmd in command mode to display this connection speed status.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
