Can not install any program in Windows 7

Hello,

I installed new windows 7 in my PC.

First I try to install AVG antivirus. I download AVG and run it.

I downloaded AVG successfully but when I run it. it says "Extraction Failed File is corupt"

Then I download AVIRA and RUn it and it says "Some of the installation files are invalid . . . . ."

Then I download Microsoft essential security. I download it successfully and install it successfully. but I can't scan because It keeps updating again and again.

I tried to install google chrome, skype, VLC, but can't install any anything.

I am using Internet Explorer for downloading these stuffs. Already check the my drive by write click on driver then click on properties then tools then check now but it doesn't help.

Need your help.
