Blue Screen of Death

I have been trying to reboot my computer (not this one) and I continually reach a blue screen of death in the form of

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

STOP: 0x00000050( 0xDFFFFFF8, 0x00000000, 0x8053C7B1, 0c00000000)

I can't boot the computer at all, nor do I think there is a recovery drive to reformat and reinstall windows.

Booting into safe mode does not work, nor does last good configuration, or ANY boot mode on the list. Each one leads me to

the blue screen before windows even loads. I have an xp sp2 windows CD for a dell computer I used to own, but I have nothing

for this HP computer. Is there any way I can get this computer to boot?
