Windows 8 Boot problem ( Please assist )

I installed windows 8 from external hard disk , installation went well, everything works fine, but when I remove external hdd windows does not boot,

Windows installation is located on disk C:, but without external hard drive (F:)

windows will not boot and shows some errors about missing /boot/bcd

i think there is something with boot files, not sure how can i fix it.

windows SETUP files are on F: and installation is on C:

i can only boot windows if booting from external hard drive F: (MAXTOR) Hard drive

if i try to boot from (my main hard drive "Samsung") where i installed windows from external HDD, it does not boot. "errors about missing /boot/bcd"

please help me to fix this...
