Posted April 1, 201410 yr I have the latest version of Windows 8. Recently I received one of those messages from HP that I could be at risk for a virus and should turn on Windows Defender. I can not get it to turn on. I've tried the run administrator route. Uninstalling Norton Security and then trying again. I even went as far as doing the type and "Windows key + R" and all that.
