Recommendations for a reliable Hard Disk............

Hi,

In recent years I have replaced several Hard Disks in my computer. The Hard Disks fail, stop working.....etc.

All of them were by Seagate or WD.

Can anyone advise about a really reliable Hard Disk which can work many years without failing ??

I am ready to pay extra if the Hard Disk is truly good and reliable. I'm looking for 500 GB or 1 TR,

preferably 500 GB.

I have Windows XP SP3.
