Posted March 30, 201410 yr I received a call at 8:00am this morning (Sat 3/29) supposedly from a Microsoft call center wanting me to check my OS for malicious spyware. It was obviously from overseas because the 2 people I talked to had very heavy accents. They asked to to check for errors and when over 7,000 popped up I was switched to a tech who wanted me to go to the website www.ammyy.com. They would not tell me why I was being called and not sent a message and the number they were calling from was blocked. Fearing hackers I hung up. They called back but I didn't answer.
