Posted March 30, 201410 yr starting yesterday, i have attempted to launch programs such as norton internet security, steam, and the windows control panel, but when these are clicked on, it simply says the progrom "has stopped working". this has become a big problem as this includes windows media player. after looking at numerous forums and help sites, and trying many things, i have not been able to fix the problem yet. please help.
