I think I have a virus?

Hello, I might have a virus because I have this process running at all times and when it stops working it does a BSOD.

Here's what i'm saying:

I boot up my computer.

I play a couple of games for a few hours.

Sometimes "BlackIRC" crashes and then I get a BSOD

I reboot my computer and everything is fine for a few hours but then I get a BSOD. The file i'm talking about is in AppData\Local\Temp

It's name is 1812145923.exe, tried antiviruses. nothing worked! they simply don't detect it. Also if I attempt to end the process it says this:

"Ending this process will shut down the system immediately" or something like that.

What do I do?
