Posted March 29, 201410 yr Hello: I recently backed up my Windows fonts file to a CD. The files copied to the CD perfectly. However, now when I insert a new CD into the drive, I get the little file pic with an arrow and the message stating: "You have files waiting to be written to the CD" The files were already written to the CD! When I select "Delete temporary files" at the left, I get an error message which says "Cannot delete arialbd.ttf. Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use." I also can not drag the file to the recycle bin, as I get the same message. What is going on here? Does this temporary file have a name? Where is it? How come it won't delete, as per the Windows help file? Unchecking the "Enable CD recording on this drive" under properties does not help either. Any ideas on this? Continue reading...
