"You may be a victim of software counterfeiting" Error when launching system. Fix DOES NOT...

I'm running a licensed copy of WinXP Prof x32.. I've tried all three fix suggestions from the MS info and none work. As requested in a previous post, I downloaded and run the diagonostic tool and copied/pasted the results below.
